When your lesson is about to begin, please do the following:

1) Go to your Dashboard.

2) Click on your lesson that is about to begin. You will be brought to your lesson's session page.

3) When your teacher starts the lesson, click the blue "Join Lesson" button.

1. Make sure all other applications which may use audio and video are completely closed - Skype, iTunes, etc. 
2. Make sure all other programs or apps are completely closed and not running in the background.
3. Make sure your computer or device is fully charged or connected to a charger.

1. If your class is set to start in 12 or more hours, find the class on your Dashboard, click the down arrow, and select "Reschedule" from the drop-down menu.
2. Next, you will see two choices. “Pick a new date and time now” and "Pick a new date and time later."
3. Choose "Pick a new date and time now", write a message about why you are rescheduling

If your lesson is unscheduled, you can cancel it anytime.

If you just want to change the time of your lesson, please reschedule.
